Box Rules
- Arrive early, stay late and practice, practice, practice.
- Check your ego at the door.
- Respect the coaches and each other.
- Grunting, sweating, crying, puking allowed – quitting is not.
- Bitching is allowed for $10. It’s another $5 to pretend to care.
- Clean up your mess.
- Keep the chalk in the bucket.
- Train INSANE! Go hard or go home.
- Practice what you suck at.
- No spectators! Encourage, Motivate & Inspire.
- The music sux. Refer to Rule #5.
- Don’t ignore injuries.
- If you don’t know, Ask!
- HAVE FUN!
- Take care of the equipment. Unlike you, it’s not unbreakable.
- DO NOT DROP Bars, Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Boxes, Steel plates.
- EAT WELL!
- Nobody cares what your time is.
- Everybody cares if you cheated.
