Box Rules

  1. Arrive early, stay late and practice, practice, practice. 
  2. Check your ego at the door.   
  3. Respect the coaches and each other. 
  4. Grunting, sweating, crying, puking allowed – quitting is not.  
  5. Bitching is allowed for $10.  It’s another $5 to pretend to care.  
  6. Clean up your mess.   
  7. Keep the chalk in the bucket.   
  8. Train INSANE! Go hard or go home. 
  9. Practice what you suck at.   
  10. No spectators! Encourage, Motivate & Inspire.   
  11. The music sux.  Refer to Rule #5. 
  12. Don’t ignore injuries. 
  13. If you don’t know, Ask! 
  14. HAVE FUN! 
  15. Take care of the equipment.  Unlike you, it’s not unbreakable. 
  16. DO NOT DROP Bars, Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Boxes, Steel plates. 
  17. EAT WELL! 
  18. Nobody cares what your time is. 
  19. Everybody cares if you cheated.
